You get 14 days free. We take your card when you start, and the first charge is when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't pay anything.
Each reply the AI writes, in a chat or as a search answer. Each site includes 3,000 a month. Beyond that, answers cost £1 per 100, and you set a monthly cap so the bill never surprises you: when it's reached, chats ask visitors to get in touch with you directly and searches show results without an AI answer until the next month.
OpenAI's GPT-5.4 Mini by default, chosen for quick, accurate answers. You can use your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key instead, which also lets you choose other models; answers on your own key don't count towards your allowance.
No. We read your website for you, and adding the chat is one line in your site's footer. A WordPress plugin is on the way. If you'd rather we handle it, talk to us.
Conversationly says so rather than guessing, offers a next step such as contacting your team or handing over to staff, and shows the question in Reports as something your site doesn't answer yet.
